PAVULLO I worked a lot in Pavullo: for this reason it is a country that I can say I know very well.
In the center of Pavullo nothing is missing: there are many shops, there is a cinema, there are schools from kindergartens to high schools, there are many supermarkets...it is a sort of "small town" in the mountains, a big village that combines all the advantages of the city with the advantages of the country...here we all know each other a little!
But beyond the town center, the territory of Pavullo is an exciting environment, full of hamlets, farms, fields, woods, lakes, airports, forts, medieval towers and castles.
Yeah, you've got good beds, castles.Among these, the main one is the castle of Montecuccolo which from the top of its mountain dominates the whole valley, the ridge and even a little further on.Now I will not tell you the whole story of the Montecuccolos, I will only tell you that they were very valiant warriors so much so that their memory and their stories have reached our days strong and powerful.
But why am I talking about the Montecuccolo I focused on their history because the house that I show you now stands along the road that leads to the castle just very close to the town center but far enough out, in an elevated position, always well ventilated and cool even if in the sun...
The villa with garden and two garages is made up of two apartments, the one below and the one above with an attic.
The apartment below was completely renovated a few years ago and has never been used since then, while the one above is inhabited: the very high level of original finishes still make it very beautiful and elegant even though it is not brand new.Think of the great use of granite, the imposing frescoed fireplace, the bathroom with whirlpool tub, etc...
