Maurizio and Luisa called me to see their restaurant because they are thinking of putting their structure up for sale...
Although I live a bit far away, I have always heard of this place very well both in terms of management and "versatility".
Versatility that consists in being able to adapt to many needs: from bar to restaurant, from pizzeria to venue for ceremonies, without forgetting that in the basement there is a fantastic pub with a motorcycle vocation and already the scene of bikers' rallies, a billiard room and oven wood.
So I arrive on site in the late morning, park my Panda in the large parking lot of the restaurant and Maurizio runs up to me telling me that he has prepared everything: the place is very tidy and ready for the photo shoot! so I take the car out of my backpack when Luisa arrives from the kitchen and tells us "the ravioli with mushrooms are ready, sit down, you work better with a full stomach"...how to blame her!

Casa Rugiada is located at 800 meters above sea level on the marvelous Bolognese Apennines, surrounded by oak and chestnut woods, in a breathtaking environment characterized by the thousand colors and the thousand shapes of the vegetation that surrounds the house.Also flanked by a part of La Piccola Cassia or Cassiola is an ancient Roman road that continued or duplicated the famous Via Cassia, crossing the territory between Modena and Bologna extending from the times of the first populations of the valleys and the Apennine ridges and then extending into the millennium. of the Middle Ages and in the centuries of the Modern and Contemporary Age.
