In the heart of the Grand Massif ski area, we offer a residential program of 15 apartments in a small building next to the "La Kédeuze" cable car and at the foot of the slopes.

The Resort-Village attracts because of the numerous activities proposed in winter and summer and also because it has kept all its charm and its authenticity thanks to its architecture composed exclusively of chalets.
Our program adapts perfectly to the Haute-Savoie architectural style of the village.
All our accommodations have access to underground parking, to an individual cellar and to the assigned ski lockers (with individual cupboards).

The south facing orientation of all the apartments, all featuring wide terraces, will let you immerse in the beauty of the prestigious alpine summits and the grandiose panorama of the resort.
Located at 1,140 meters above sea level, the resort is 55 km from Chamonix and 40 km from Geneva on a sunny plateau above the Arve valley.
The village Les Carroz has more than 1800 inhabitants and is the family resort par excellence. It offers services and activities for younger children (playgrounds, babysitting).
Children's Day-care facilities are provided to allow the parents a few long walks or a relaxing moment among the well-being areas in the village.
The station is part of the Grand Massif which is connected to 5 stations: Flaine, Les Carroz, Morillon, Samoëns and Sixt.
This area, therefore, offers access to 265 km of slopes with a summit culminating
at 2 500 m. 80 ski lifts serve 135 slopes (14 black, 50 red, 54 blue and 17 green).
Les Carroz Station also offers 10 km of footpaths, 30 km of snowshoe trails, sports activities such as downhill skiing, Nordic skiing, hiking, paragliding and cycling.
